1. Who is responsible

This website is operated by 山西上卓玻璃制品有限公司 under the SanzoHome brand. Our factory is in Qixian, Jinzhong, Shanxi, China; our R&D and reception location is the Jinchuanggu Pilot Base in Taiyuan.

Contact Amanda Kang at amanda@sanzohome.com about this notice or your account and inquiry data. Privacy requests are handled manually through this address. The first-response target for sales inquiries is not a deadline for completing privacy requests.

2. Information we handle

You can read public pages without registering. For an account, we handle your name, email or phone, login verification information and session identifiers. For inquiries, we handle your messages, business and purchasing role, product, quantity, finish, packaging, delivery and market requirements, and contact details you provide.

Optional uploads and voice features involve their content, filenames, transcripts and related conversation records. We also keep requirement summaries, AI-generated customer profiles, staff replies and follow-up records. Provide only project-relevant information you are authorized to share; do not put passwords, identity documents or payment-account details in the chat.

3. Why we use it

We use this information to recognize and save projects, answer questions, clarify requirements, assess cooperation and sampling, and arrange follow-up. Login and session information supports access control, security and troubleshooting. Without valid contact details, we may be unable to reply outside the website. An account is not required for an ordinary inquiry.

As applicable law permits, processing rests on your service request, steps necessary to enter or perform a contract, legitimate interests in service security and business communication, or consent where required. The basis depends on the purpose and applicable law. This notice provides information: reading it, registering or sending an inquiry is not advertising consent and does not replace any separately required consent.

4. AI conversations and analysis

AI analysis also runs when you answer guided questions, not only when you explicitly ask the AI a question. The current text service uses Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (Bailian) through a Beijing-region endpoint. Your answer, relevant message history, known requirements and summaries may be sent to answer questions, suggest next questions and organize requirements, preferences, decision roles and cooperation intent.

Account passwords are not model inputs. The current text model does not receive uploaded image or file contents, but filenames, voice transcripts and contact details you type into messages may be included. AI suggestions and profiles assist staff and can be corrected at your request; final proposals, quotations and cooperation arrangements require human review.

5. Optional voice features

Recording for this feature starts only when you choose voice input and allow microphone access. Enabled transcription services may send audio, its format and language to Volcengine / Doubao speech services, or to Alibaba Cloud Bailian according to configuration. You can use text instead.

A successful transcription returns text without separately saving the recording through that transcription endpoint. If transcription fails, the recording may be saved as a voice message for our team. Contact us for the processing location, retention and data-use arrangements of the speech service in use.

6. Recipients and international processing

Authorized project, administration and maintenance staff, and providers of hosting, storage and the AI or voice features described above, handle information for their respective functions. Email providers also process correspondence if you continue by email with Amanda. These services involve third-party processing.

When inquiry email notifications are enabled, the website will use NetEase Enterprise Mail to notify Amanda. The initial notice includes the inquiry reference, contact name and contact details, confirmed requirements summary, receipt time and the 8-hour response deadline, and a link to the restricted administration area. Later messages, attachments or voice messages sent using “Message Amanda” also trigger reminders containing a message excerpt, receipt time and attachment or recording names. Messages sent using “Ask AI” do not trigger these follow-up reminders. File and recording contents and internal notes are not included; a valid email address you provide may be used as the reply-to address. NetEase Enterprise Mail processes the relevant information to send and handle these notifications.

Our business team is in China and the current text AI endpoint is in Beijing. Information submitted from another country may be handled by our China-based team and relevant providers. Contact us for the recipients, processing locations, retention and international arrangements relevant to your project. Important changes to this processing will be explained in advance, with consent where applicable requirements call for it.

7. Cookies and browser storage

Cookies remember your language, sign-in state and an anonymous visitor’s access to their projects. The language cookie is set for 365 days; sign-in and anonymous access credentials last 30 days. Their expiry does not delete accounts, inquiries or attachments.

Your browser also stores conversations and project drafts, contact details, pending messages and requirement profiles to restore progress. This local data has no automatic expiry. Clearing this site’s browser data does not delete server records and may remove access credentials for anonymous projects. Take care with personal and business information on shared devices.

8. Retention and deletion

Accounts, inquiries, conversations and attachments currently have no uniform automatic deletion period and require manual management. Retention decisions consider active projects, follow-on cooperation, necessary business records, disputes and applicable legal requirements. Contact us to establish the retention arrangements for particular information or request deletion.

Signing out ends the current session; it does not delete your account or business records. Deleting a project in the project list mainly hides or marks it, rather than permanently erasing server content. You can request deletion of an account, inquiry, conversation or attachment. We will verify identity and applicable retention obligations, and explain any information that cannot be deleted immediately and why.

9. Your choices and requests

Contact us to request access or a copy, correct information, request deletion, or stop further follow-up on an inquiry. Subject to applicable law, you may also request restriction, object to processing, request data portability, or withdraw consent-based processing. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Include an account contact or inquiry reference and the scope of your request, never your password. We may ask for necessary identity checks to protect other people’s records. Rights have different conditions; we will handle and explain the outcome under applicable requirements. You may also complain to the competent privacy or data protection authority.

10. Advertising and analytics

This version does not integrate Google advertising conversion or remarketing tags. Before introducing advertising or analytics tools, we will explain the data, purposes and providers involved, obtain consent where required and provide ways to change or withdraw it. Reading this notice or providing inquiry contact details does not automatically give that consent.

11. Children and notice updates

This service is for business purchasing and cooperation, not directed at minors. Please do not submit children’s personal information. Contact us if you believe we have received it so we can review and address it.

We will update this notice and its date when services or processing change. Important changes will be communicated appropriately, with renewed consent where applicable law requires it.
