What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The usual MOQ is 500–1,000 pieces. If suitable pieces are in stock and the requested customization can be carried out through finishing or other work on that stock, orders of approximately 200–300 pieces may be considered. Amanda will confirm stock availability, the process and the final quantity. This lower range is not a commitment to new moulds or any requested process at that quantity. Sampling time still needs a project-specific assessment of the shape and process, confirmed by Amanda. Completing the inquiry does not itself confirm a quote or production schedule.

Can I put my own logo on this product?

Yes. We run ten in-house finishing crafts — decal firing, engraving, sandblasting, gilding, spray color, electroplating and more. Attach your artwork when you inquire and we will confirm the suitable process and provide a digital mockup.

How long are sampling and production?

Sampling typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on shape and decoration; production is scheduled per project after sample approval. Sea and air freight are both supported with export documents provided.
