About Sanzo

Craft is our first language.

In 2010, beside the kilns of Qixian, we lit our own fire. This is the homeland of glassware — a place with more artisans than machines, more patience than orders.

We do not believe in "close enough". A curve is overturned three times before it is right; a colour is fired a seventh time before it is true — old bones of craft, new flesh of design.

From sketch to shelf, design, R&D, production and export flow in one river. What arrives as an idea leaves as something you can hold.

  • National high-tech enterprise · 59 patents · 21 trademarks
  • Design, R&D, production and merchandising under one roof
  • A duet of two cities: Taiyuan R&D base, Qixian factory
  • Project collaborations with design teams such as PBC (France) and XL (Germany)

Craft & Manufacturing

Fire gives the shape. Hands give the measure.

Mouth-blowing is our mother tongue. Above it, ten finishing crafts work like ten dialects — letting the same glass speak in different voices.

Rest a fingertip on a craft, and see how it looks in the light.

Gilding · A brush dipped in gold draws the skeleton of the piece, line by line.

Rest a finger on any of them — each has one more sentence for you.

Collections

Every piece is used once in the mind before it is allowed to be made.

Eight doors, each opening onto a way of living. Whichever you push open leads straight into inquiry.

How a piece sits in the light arrives before words do.

The Custom Journey

Five steps. Someone walks each one solidly beside you.

Walk the five steps with a fingertip — the firelight will lead.

Questions we hear often

The answer first, then the story.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The usual MOQ is 500–1,000 pieces. If suitable pieces are in stock and the requested customization can be carried out through finishing or other work on that stock, orders of approximately 200–300 pieces may be considered. Amanda will confirm stock availability, the process and the final quantity. This lower range is not a commitment to new moulds or any requested process at that quantity.

How long from design to delivery?

Sampling usually takes 2–4 weeks, mass production 30–60 days, and ocean freight another 20–40 days. Every project is broken into four stages — design, sampling, production, shipping — with an itemized timeline in the quotation.

Can you develop fully custom designs?

Yes. Our design team translates sketches or reference pieces into drawings and process language; production begins only after you approve a physical sample. We also co-create with design teams such as PBC (France) and XL (Germany).

Which market certifications can you support?

We arrange testing against your target market’s requirements — FDA, LFGB, EU food-contact regulations and others — with results certified by third-party laboratories.

Where is the factory? Can we visit?

The factory is in Qixian, Jinzhong, Shanxi — the heart of China’s glassware belt; the R&D base is at the Jinchuanggu Pilot Base in Taiyuan. You are welcome by appointment.

Can you apply our logo or custom decoration?

Yes — decoration is a daily routine: decal printing, sandblasting, laser engraving, hand painting, electroplating, color spraying, gold or silver rimming and frosting, among a dozen post-processing crafts. Send your artwork (AI, PDF or high-resolution PNG) and we will recommend the technique that fits your usage — including dishwasher-resistance needs — then confirm the effect on a pre-production sample.

What glass materials do you work with?

Three main families: hand-blown soda-lime glass, lead-free crystal glass for premium stemware and barware, and heat-resistant borosilicate glass — the choice for teaware, coffee servers and storage jars. Material follows your design, usage scenario and target price; we advise during sampling.

How do you pack glassware for export, and how is breakage handled?

Packaging is engineered per product: bubble wrap, egg-crate dividers, polyfoam, white or color gift boxes, and five-ply export cartons; palletizing and drop-test references are available on request. How breakage is handled is stated in the quotation before production begins.

What payment and shipping terms do you accept?

The usual practice is T/T wire transfer: a deposit before production, the balance against shipping documents. Trade terms follow your forwarder’s preference — FOB, CIF or EXW. Ratios and milestones are confirmed item by item in the quotation.

Can we mix different products in one order — and where do we browse your range?

Mixed-SKU orders are common for gift sets and retail programs; per-item minimums follow the MOQ policy above. Our online catalog presents ten product families — tumblers, stemware, barware, teaware, vases and more — with real photos and specifications. Note the item codes and include them with your inquiry.
